Delivery and Returns
Orders arrive in 2 to 7 working days, excluding weekends. Delivery fee range from £7–£11 depending on weight (0–25kg). Orders placed after 11am on Wednesday outside Nottingham will be dispatched the following week.
You can either pick up your items or pay for delivery/dispatch service. Total weight/delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
If unavailable, the driver may leave the package by your door/compound. We’re not responsible for delays or perishable deterioration due to rescheduling. Tracking details will always be sent via email, please always look out for this.

Returns apply only to non-perishable items and they must be returned and received by us within 28 days of delivery/collection. No refunds or exchanges after this period.

Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C and use promptly. If not using immediately, freeze at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once completely thawed.
Use-by/Best-before Information: For fresh catfish, use by the date shown on the packaging. If frozen, follow the best-before date on the packaging and keep frozen until ready to use.
