Delivery and Returns
Orders arrive in 2 to 7 working days, excluding weekends. Delivery fee range from £7–£11 depending on weight (0–25kg). Orders placed after 11am on Wednesday outside Nottingham will be dispatched the following week.
You can either pick up your items or pay for delivery/dispatch service. Total weight/delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
If unavailable, the driver may leave the package by your door/compound. We’re not responsible for delays or perishable deterioration due to rescheduling. Tracking details will always be sent via email, please always look out for this.

Returns apply only to non-perishable items and they must be returned and received by us within 28 days of delivery/collection. No refunds or exchanges after this period.
